The latest figure drawing to come off the easel. I loved the flow of light in this pose, particularly the subtle gradations where the light travels down the face, arms and abdomen. I spent a long time concentrating on these areas and I think the resulting impression works really nicely.

I was pleased to get some of the more tricky areas, such as the portrait and the feet, working fairly well from an early point - which gave me plenty of time to concentrate on the getting a good fleshy feel to the handling. The only element I'd have liked to work on a bit more is integrating the figure more into the shadow pattern of the background.
